Our items are built for durability and longevity. However, some movement, tiny cracks, knots, and some discolouration are acceptable characteristics of solid wood furniture and can happen over time. Some environmental factors such as extreme sunlight, temperature and humidity changes may also gradually affect the state of your furniture. If you have followed all care instructions and still experience extreme changes in your item(s) characteristics within the first year, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Delivery damages are an unfortunate inconvenience and we share in your frustration when these issues do arise. Upon delivery, please give your item(s) a good look over to ensure that there is no damage. If there is an issue with your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 24 hours to report any damages to your piece(s). Please keep in mind that we use natural wood materials to build our furniture, which may result in minor variations and imperfections, but are not considered defects. Each case is subject to inspection and approval.
Made-to-order furniture orders placed via shopacremade.com may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. Past this 24 hour period, your order is considered final and not eligible for cancellation.
